Sales Associate (Commission-based · Paid 6-week Trial)

Tóg builds a business's whole engine — brand, website, online booking and payments, and a custom AI workforce — and hands the client the keys. Selling it is the warmest job in sales, because we sell a **finished thing**: before a prospect spends anything, we build a real, working version of their new site and put it on their screen. Your job is to find local businesses that need us, send the first message with a live demo link, walk them through it, and close on a deposit. Scripts are written for you; the demo does most of the convincing. **Read this before applying — how the pay works.** Straight terms, up front, so you can decide before you apply: - **This is a commission-based role. There is no base salary at the start.** Tóg is an early studio, so pay is a share of what you bring in, paid as the client pays. - **You earn two ways:** 10–15% of the build fee on every deal you close or help close, paid when the client's deposit lands — plus 10–15% of the recurring monthly plans you sign, paid every month the client stays subscribed. - **Worked example:** one €1,500 site build you close pays you €150–225 on the deposit. Attach the client's monthly care plan and you earn a share of it every month. - **The trial:** your first 6 weeks are a paid trial — commission is fully paid on anything you close or help close during it. At the end we confirm the ongoing terms together. - **A base comes later, honestly:** once the studio's recurring revenue can fund it, a base is added alongside your commission — and it grows as you move up. If you need a guaranteed salary from day one, this isn't the right seat yet.
