Terry Conway is a qualified sports and muscular therapist in Dunmore, Co. Galway, whose practice ran on WhatsApp bookings with no POS and no client records. Rather than repaint the website, we replaced the whole engine — and built it as a gift, handed over for Terry to own outright: the dmt.ie domain, the Stripe account, every client record and all the IP. It's three real apps on one spine. The customer site lets people book a session in under a minute with a deposit, explore the treatments and the specialists who deliver them, buy guided rehab plans, and shop recovery gear — mobile-first and installable as a PWA. The owner console runs everything behind it — a per-practitioner calendar with blackout dates and walk-in capture, point-of-sale, catalogue, and VAT-ready bookkeeping wired to Stripe — with a configurable AI workforce (a front-desk agent, a scheduler and a finance assistant) that answers, books and follows up 24/7 so the admin genuinely disappears rather than piling up. A NestJS API orchestrates bookings, payments, inventory and the AI (Vertex/Gemini, with ElevenLabs voice). Health records are special-category data, so they're role-scoped and GDPR-first from day one — owner and practitioner access only. The clinic runs as a small practice today but sits on a marketplace-ready spine: independent practitioners and vendor payouts are architected-for and can be switched on if Terry chooses to grow it.
