Before we build anyone else's business engine, we build our own — and Tóg Studio is that proof, standing live at togs.ie. It's two surfaces working as one. The customer site is fully CMS-first: every word, service, package, project and price is seeded in Firestore and read dynamically, so nothing is hardcoded — a client edits the whole site from the console without ever touching code. Behind it, the console is the flagship: an app-shell with an icon-rail, a header with search, notifications and a unified inbox, and index→detail→tabs surfaces backed by live data — where we run bookings, milestone payments, the content, the AI workforce and the comms. We built the whole thing end to end in about a day and then polished it to the standard we hold every client to. It's not a mock-up of what we sell; it's the running system, the demo, and the reusable template all at once.

Every service, project, package, price and paragraph lives in Firestore and is read dynamically — the site is edited entirely from the console, no developer and no redeploy. It's the hard rule we hold every client build to, proven on our own.
Work is split into stages and billed as it lands — deposit to completion — on real, live Stripe. The same engine we hand to clients so they get paid the way agencies make them wait for.
A configurable AI team — front desk, scheduler, finance — with its own chat, controls and activity log, governed entirely from the console. The differentiator nobody else ships at our price.
