Cassidy & Co. is a carpenter's whole back office, run by an AI team he talks to. Noel Cassidy does bespoke furniture, fitted kitchens and wardrobes, renovations and general carpentry — and he doesn't do dashboards or social media. So the system is dead-simple for him and advanced underneath: he mostly runs the business from WhatsApp voice notes, and his AI employees win work, quote it, book it, manage the crew and keep the books. The centrepiece is the AI Estimator — a client sends photos, video and a voice note; the AI reads the space and materials, draws the job in live labelled SVG (plans, cut lists, cross-sections), web-searches current Irish prices, runs calculation scripts so the quantities actually add up, and produces a real, priced estimate Noel can approve by replying "yep, send it." A full double-entry books engine handles invoicing, VAT, expenses and month-end, with receipt-photo AI vision recording every expense automatically. It is a net-new build in active development for a single owner-operator — not yet live.
