DantX — founder Paul Davis, the team known as "The Hard Hatters" — does groundworks and site clearance, new builds, derelict-cottage renovations, and the renewable side: heat pumps and solar. They didn't want a brochure site; they wanted the whole business to run from software. So we're building two things. The public platform is a multi-page, CMS-first site — home, about, services (each with its own page), a projects/case-study section, a dedicated renewables story, and a request-a-quote flow — with full-bleed hero media and motion throughout. Behind it sits the admin OS: a flagship console with an icon-rail shell, command palette and modules for leads, clients, jobs, schedule, crew, fleet, compliance, content and settings, all built on custom branded controls with nothing left native. Everything reads from a Firestore CMS the team edits themselves. It is a genuine build-in-progress: the site and console are shipped and verified on main, but it is a client proof project and not yet on a public domain — Stripe checkout, the AI workforce, multi-channel comms and Paul's real project photography are the next tranche of work, and we say so honestly rather than dress it up as finished.
