Port Bia
The trade engine for food & beverage.
A vertically integrated B2B food & beverage trade operating system we're building as our own venture — a marketplace, trade-credit insurance, warehousing-as-a-service, customs clearance and last-mile delivery across roughly twenty web portals and mobile apps, EN/AR with full RTL. It's half-built and private, and it's our proof that Tóg ships genuinely enterprise-grade systems.

Port Bia is our own private venture — not client work — and the most ambitious thing in the studio. It's a whole trade operating system for the food & beverage industry: a B2B marketplace with embedded margins, Atradius-backed trade-credit insurance, warehousing-as-a-service, per-kilogram delivery, international shipping with customs clearance, and real-time flight, shipment and delivery tracking, all knitted into one platform. The architecture is roughly twenty apps — a shared API plus role-specific web portals for customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouses, insurers and partners, an admin console, and React Native mobile apps for each side including a dedicated driver app — built from shared packages so a many-sided platform can stand up fast. It's bilingual English/Arabic with full right-to-left support from the ground up. We're candid about status: Port Bia is half-built and on our own roadmap to finish, launching Ireland → across the EU first and then Qatar / GCC. There's no public site to show yet and no live metrics to claim — what it proves today is that an AI-native studio can architect and build systems at the scale agencies take quarters to attempt.
Where buyers order, track and store — a full food & beverage catalogue with embedded pricing, trade-credit terms, per-KG delivery and live shipment tracking, on web and mobile.
Suppliers and exporters manage purchase orders, catalogue and fulfilment — bilingual product listings, verification and ratings, wired to the same shipment and warehouse spine.
Freight forwarders quote and manage air shipments while customs agents handle clearance — MAWB/HAWB, incoterms, milestones and documents, tracked against every shipment.
Warehouse operations run inventory across ambient, chilled and frozen storage; the insurance surface manages Atradius-backed credit policies and coverage limits.
The internal command centre for the whole platform — users and companies, orders and POs, credit applications, logistics and compliance across every role.
React Native / Expo apps for each side of the platform — including a dedicated driver app with routing, delivery proof and last-mile status — sharing the web platform's data.

The details that make it special.
Trade-credit insurance isn't a bolt-on — Atradius-backed cover and Net 30/60/90 terms are wired into the buying flow, with credit limits, policies and coverage tracked per company.
From a supplier's purchase order to an air shipment, customs clearance, a warehouse pallet and a per-KG last-mile delivery — freight, customs, warehouse and driver surfaces all read and write the same shipment and delivery models.
Every surface is English/Arabic with full right-to-left support and multi-currency (QAR, EUR, USD and the GCC currencies) — the platform is architected to launch Ireland → EU first and then Qatar / GCC without a rebuild.
